XANTHOS LAH DI DAH born in May 1998 Niamh is by Show Champion Rainscourt Fall Guy out of my Swedish import DEWMIST CLOUD BURST. She went Best Puppy at LKA 1998 at seven months of age and then took to waiting in the wings whilst XANTHOS BLACK THORN JW and XANTHOS TOM FOOLERY JW were campaigned to their Junior Warrants. Niamh gained her first CC at SKC in 2001, followed by her Show Gundog Working Certificate in January 2002. A most adaptable bitch who is just as happy in the show ring as she is working to the gun, her progeny also suggest she has a lot to offer as a brood. She has a number of CHAMPION daughters, in particular my own CHAMPION XANTHOS EFFERVESCENT, and in Holland her young winning son CHAMPION MATADOR V.D.BEERSE HOEVE remains an important part of Mieke’s show team. Niamh was successfully campaigned in Europe by Mieke Gerritsen to take her German title, and returned to me in December 2005 to join the team for the remainder of the shooting season.
